DELETE YOUR ASCENDANT GAMING ACCOUNT
This page explains how to request permanent deletion of an Ascendant Gaming LLC game account.
AETHERFORGE
Aetherforge players can permanently delete their account directly in the app:
Sign in to Aetherforge.
Open More → Settings.
Select Permanently Delete Account.
Type DELETE and confirm.
OTHER ASCENDANT GAMING GAMES
Use the account-deletion option inside the game's Settings or Account screen when available. If the option is unavailable or you cannot access the app, email support@ascendantgamingllc.com from the account email address. Include the game name, your player ID if available, and the subject Account deletion request. We may request verification before deleting account-linked information.
WHAT IS DELETED
Deletion removes or de-identifies the login, cloud save, progression, leaderboard and tournament entries, personal mail, guild membership and social content, and other account-linked game data. Limited purchase, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, support, or moderation records may be retained when legally necessary and minimized or anonymized where possible. Active data is ordinarily processed within 30 days; encrypted backup remnants may remain for up to 90 days before routine overwrite.
